Student and Professional Accommodation in Plymouth

JSM Property Services is a family run business managed by Bill and Sandra Matheson who have 16 years experience in the letting of accommodation to students. This covers students who attend the University of Plymouth, the College of Art & Design and the College of St Mark & St John, locally known as Marjons.

We have recently added to our portfolio to welcome Professional tenants which we hope to increase in the coming months by offering good quality accommodation to those having just left full time education but not quite ready to join the property ladder.

All properties on our register are owner managed and we feel we offer a personal and friendly service to Students who wish to enjoy their time living and studying in Plymouth and also to Professionals who are looking for somewhere nice to live whilst they decide on their next move.

We have a variety of properties which we let to groups and individuals and welcome all enquiries.

It is important to us to match you, the tenant, to the right property, whether you are an individual looking for a room in a shared house or a group wishing to rent the whole property.
