This covers students who attend the University of Plymouth, the College of Art & Design and the College of St Mark & St John, locally known as Marjons.

We also have a portfolio of properties suited to the Professional market where we offer good quality accommodation to those having just left full time education but not quite ready to join the property ladder as well as people in full time employment within Plymouth and contract workers requiring a short term let.

All properties on our register are owned by us and we feel we offer a personal and friendly service to Students who wish to enjoy their time living and studying in Plymouth and also to Professionals who are looking for somewhere nice to live.
